At the end before INS touches 485 file do they check for the existence of the company at all?
How do they know that the company XYZ Inc. still is surviving??????

Normally, if INS wants to know something, they ask.

Don\'t worry about how and if INS will know. Find other similar employment and don\'t worry about whether INS will know or not.
