Hi,

It is my turn now.

GC 5 year anniversary date is 01/23/2007.
Posting N400 for wife and I on 10/30/2006.
Two seperate person checks for $400 each with A# in memo line.
Two U.S. passport photographs each with A# and name on back in pencil.
Copy of back and front of GC for each of us.

On N400 I will disclose that I moved from previous
GC filing employer to current employer before GC
was issued since according to AC21 my AOS was
pending for more than 180 days, my employer fired
me and hence I can move. I've been working
for the last company ever since 01/13/2002.

Any tips on how not to get stuck in name check
hell are appreciated!

Nothing you can do will alter whether or not you get stuck in namecheck. Reality is only a small percentage have problems, but of course they are the people we hear from most on these forums.
