Hello,
My employer was willing to do a substituion labour for me, but I have few questions about the substitution.
1) The approved labour is of a person X with Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Bachelors - 16 years of education) degree and I am a Bachelor of Computer Science (15 years education ) and Master of Computer Application's (Masters - 18 years education) ....
can the labour be used for me? some one has suggested only use the Bachelors degree that I have? can I do that or will it cause problems? The minimum requirement that were specified while filing that labour was a Bachelors Degree with major field of study as Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or Math, with minimum experience 1 Year.
I have the same skill set as of the labour and the same number of years experience as of the person X. Has anyone had gone thru the same scenario? if yes what was your experience?
Thanks for all your help
Ravi.
