Frined of Mine is Asylum Green Card Holder ......
He want Marry from Third Country Visitor she is Indian but she not BORN India
She visit here In USA.... My friend Want marry her ...not for Status he Love her that's his long Time GF any way

So My question is This
1 is She Can get GC if She married Him ??
2 is she can get Status Work permit stuff Like That ??
3 Is She can have any benefit From him He IS Asylum GC holder ??

Plz try to under stand my Question Plz Reply Thanks advanced

If She cant have any benefit from him so maybe then we need another asylum from Mental Torture .. LOL jk
cause we cant do nothing beside own good status .....:mad::mad:

OK this is not really my field of expertise so anyone who knows more can correct me.

Since he is not a US citizen I believe he can only apply for a green card for her if they are married. She then would fall in the second category of family sponsored green cards. This would mean it would take between 4 and 6 years for her visa number to become available. If he became a US citizen (which probably he will be eligible for sooner than that) her visa would become available immediately if he would apply for her after that. I don't think he is eligible to apply for a K1 fiance visa because he is not a US citizen. Once he does apply for her as spouse under the family green card program she is not eligible for non immigrant visa other than H1B or L1 since they are dual intent visa.
