I plan to go to Canada for landing and wish to come back to US to work as a H1b status.
I have H1b approvement for INS but I did not leave US since I came to US 7 years ago with student Visa.
Do I need to apply for Visa at US consulate in Canada, or can I just come back to US with my H1b approvement?
Some people told me I need to get a H1b Visa at US Consulte in Canada, Some told me just come back to US with H1b approvement.
any suggestions?
