Case # lin-o1-240-57xxx
called in yesterday and knew that ins needs more information on my case!!!
background of my case: land U.S.A w/ B1 visa in 99. Change to F1 in same year, and change to h1 from the same year until now.
my Questions:
1. which part of my case is the weakest link?
2. Do i need change to a powerful lawyer to make my case go through ins easier?
