Hi, everybody,

I plan landing next week and then come back to USA. Somebody told me without H1B visa stamped on my passport I cannot come back. Is this true? But I did not hear this before? Is there anybody with/without problem to come back without H1B stamped? Please help.

you can do it.

That rule applies only if you go to canada to get a visa stamp and get rejected.
Also another rule that is ending is that after sept 22, the visa exemption is ending which means you will need to get a H1 visa to enter the US fro m anywhere even if you are a landed immigrant of canada.
So go and come back within 30 days and you are ok.
