My Labor for GC was applied in Oct'01 in EB2-RIR. ANy idea how long will it take for the LC to get cleared. Any Imput on this will be appreciated.

Hi Sam,

is the application date for the SWA/SESA or DOL ?

DOL processing dates are available on www.murthy.com

As far as I understand, since all employment based categories are current, EB2 or EB3 does not make a difference in processing times.
