Is there a way to check if FP notice has been sent by INS.
I am on the verge of being fired but am lucky to have EAD approval and should be able to convince the management of my company to let me go on a vacation rather than giving me a Pink Slip. The sooner it moves the better it is for me...ANybody has any ideas.

sorry to hear that. only way i can think of is having your lawyers contact the INS and enquire about the status of your FP notice, and if not issued, request them to expedite the issuing of FP notice.

Will requesting to expedite the FP notice not create problems, I havent INS doing that for anybody...
