Have her file for a fiance visa (K-1). 3-6 months later you'll be interviewed for the visa at consulate in the UK. The visa will give you up to 6 months to enter the US. After entry to the US with the visa, you will have 90 days to get married and file the green card paperwork.
In the meanwhile, do not overstay your visa waiver or tourist visa.
