I am a winner DV 2011. I didnt know to much about how to apply. I got most my information online and I filed I-485. I think I filed I-485 to early ( current in august) but my case was accepted at the chicago office and then was transfer to NBC. My case was in intial review for months. I called the KCC and they told me my file was transfer to the minneapolis field office (uscis). Today I got an email saying that "(On July 20, 2011, we mailed you a denial decision notice for this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. The notice explains why the denial decision was made and the options that may be available to you. If you have not received this notice within 15 days of July 20, 2011, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance. )"
I really dont understand why my case was denied and I am worried. I am wainting for the letter to see my option. does anybody have the same experience?
