my husband filed a 130 for me and my daughter she is ten but she is his step child . i have full custody of her , he was a resident when he filled and about two months after he became a us citizen so we updated all files . we had an iterview and the next day i got my fingerprints . they had problem with one document so they sent it back and i corrected it and sent it back , they received it .

they took sixty days to send a a letter that my i 765 was denied but my i 485 is showing pending still and now they are saying i have appox. two week to wait on answer if i was denied or if i pass and i still don't know if my daughter will get through with me becasue i did her medicals and they accepted it .

it so stress full becasue i can't work or even leave the country . i have a son who is 1 year and he was born in the us . please help me becasue when i call the uscis its just a waist of time and still they are not saying why they denied my i 765

First, you should have waited for your husband to become a USC before filling.
You need to seek advice from a good immigration lawyer. The first thing he or she needs to figure out is why your i765 was rejected. Assuming that you do not have a criminal history, a lawyer should be able to help you out.
Again, seek counsel from a competent lawyer. I have heard of cases where AOS was denied, a lawyer re-filled and got an approval.
Focus on taking care of your young ones and let your lawyer sort it out.
Good luck and best wishes...

Make an Infopass appointment to inquire about your case. They might have denied the I-765 because they approved your I-485, but they forgot to update the online status of the I-485 and haven't mailed the card yet. How long ago was the interview?
