I am new to the site. I have found this site extremely helpful.
My sister has a visa interview appointment next month under F4 cat.(after waiting for 10 years). I am the petitioner. I was told that I need to write a letter to the consulate to certify that my sister is fact my real sister. Is this a new requirement? I have all the neccessary paperwork such as birth certificate, 864 forms, etc. If I am required to write a letter, what do I need to put in the letter? Any templates would be helpful.
