help!!!!

i filled out a citizenship with a paralegal. Ai first i thought she was a lawyer but she wasn't. Well she told me if i wanted things quicker i 'll pay 500 dollars and the 675 dollars for the inmigration ervices. Well, she told me three months and it's been over five months. I called her since dicember and she just returned my call on january and she told she was gonna check the status of my case. So i don't wanna keep on wating and wating. I also know that afer a month the state receive my check , they send me a letter telling me that my case is processing. So what should i do now??? shold i ask for my money or wait ?? i don't know please help!!!!
 
I don't understand why you are paying someone to help you, the process isn't that hard, you just need to find someone that reads English to help you. You can go on the CIS website and get a update on your case, you just need your receipt number.
