Hi guys, i have a question. i am married to a USC, and i filed my I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131 to the correct chicago lockbox(P.O. Box 805887 Chicago, IL 60680-4120) besides i live here in Mississippi. My checks were cashed, about 6 days after i sent in the applications. I received receipt notices for my I-130 and I-131. However, the receipt notices started with the letters MSC. Does that mean my case was sent to the Missouri Serive Center, or the National Benefits Center ( i hear its also known as MSC). i'm confused also because when i try to check the status online, it doesnt pull up anything. i thought recept notices started with EAC?....anyone please help with some clarification!!!

No need to worry

The receipt number starts with MSC which is Missouri Service Center coz all GC applications are processed from Lee Summit, MO address. Mine says the same things MSC*********.
Also if u are not able to look up your status online, that's ok. Most if us go thru this problem. No big deal. You can't trust USCIS online status service.
