my fiance and me have been together forever we have 3 kids together ages 11,8,and 5.would they deport him with us having 3 children together,expecting me to try to live on 1 income.it's impossible to live on 1 income when you only make 7 dollars an hour.their not going to seperate the children from their father but they will the children from me because i will have to work 2 jobs to make ends meet.

I'm confused by your question. What exactly is your situation? Is somebodyin danger of being deported? Who is the US citizen? You or him? Why haven't you guys been married already? If that happened there wouldn't really be any issues - he could have already been a full fledged citizen by now...

if one of you is a usc then get married and file I 130 , any illegal can be deported if found
