My question is related to premium processing for O visa but i did not find thead related to it. Therefore I am posting my question here since lot of people went through I 140 premium processing in this subforum.
My attorney submitted petition to Vermont service center for my status change from F1 OPT to O non immigrant alien of extraordinary ability (premium processing) by Fed Ex. Fed ex tracking shows that it was received by VSC on Thursday 20th sept. Since it was premium processing, I expected them to give receipt number in a day or two. However, my attorney have not received any receipt number till today.
How many days it takes to assign receipt number to premium processing petition?
What number or which office should I call? I called USCIS toll free number but it said calls with receipt number are answered?
Please guide me.
