Help!

I posted here a few times recently but haven't really gotten much of a response so I was wondering if anyone could help me with this question. I've called the usual 1-800 number that is provided for cases updates/status cehcks, etc. but I would really like to talk to someone at Texas Service Center (TSC). Is there any way to do that? The people at the 1800 tell me stuff I already know but I need more information. Just a quick overview, my case was approved on April 24th at the Houston local office after being transfered there from TSC. I went to an InfoPass and was told that the file was transfered back to TSC after the approval for the priting of my green card but so far I haven't received it.

Call 1-800-375-5283

then press 1 - 2 - 2 - 6 - 1 - Receipt # - 1 - 3- 4

or press 1 - 2 - 2 - 5 - 2 - 1 - Receipt #

wait for the TSC rep.
