Can you please help me understand if I am eligible to apply for H1B visabased on my educational qualifications:
1) SSC (10th)
2) 1 year Diploma in Computer Applications
3) B.A (three year degree) through correspondance
I have a 8 year experience related to systems and networking area and have been working with this (IT company) from the begining of my career. I have been to UK before on some e-commerce training (few days) and currently hold 10 year multiple entry B1 visa to US.
The question which I have is, given my qualifications, can I apply for H1B visa? Is there anyone here in this forum with similar experience and qualifications who were successfull in procuring the visa?
