need help! I received my fingerprinting notice for 11/14/06 but my Spouse has not. Is it possible to get the fingerprinting done on the same day as mine, without his paperwork, as we need to travel atleast for 4 hours one way to the nearest Asc to do the fingerprinting. What are the steps involved do i have to call the ASC in advance? thanks

Check with your attorney.

Ask your attorney whether he received the FP notice of you and your wife.

If you have changed address in between, then it might have gone
to the old address. It happened to me, my FP notice went
to one address and my wife's FP notice went to another address
even though I changed address with USCIS and AR-11.

So best option is to enquire with your employer/attorney.
