Hello,
My husband & I just got married in Aug. He is working in FL under an H-1B and just started there 2 months ago. I am going to file an expedited work permit so that he can come live with me in OH and apply to adjust his status at the same time. Can he change job right away when they give him this work permit? Can has previous employer do anything about it since he just paid for his H-1B?
