Dear friends please help.

I have following doubts,Please Clarify

1.Last November2000 we applied for I 485. We got our FP notices last month and had done it last month it self.I am still in H1B,wife got EAD.Recently my Project is over. I am working in Consulting company. My client company asking me to join with them as an employee.My 180 days period will be over by may 15th only

2.My questions are

What will happen to my greencard procedures?

I am still in H1B . Shall I chnge my status to EAD or remain in H1B.
Which is better for me now?
Suppose if i join in my client company as an employee
What will happen to my wife\'s EAD?

No Title

If you switch job now, your new empolyer has to sponser you to apply a new labor certification. Your spouse\'s EAD also becomes a question mark.
