My wife is a nurse. done with CGFNS, IELTS, NCLEX. she was petitioned by a hospital in Florida (will call it Hosp1) thru agency A.
We had just been thru an interview at the US EMBASSY in MANILA last week. The petition is pending upon submission of the Employment Letter (Job Offer) signed by Hosp1.
What we brought with us during the interview, was an Employment Letter that was made by Agency A, stating the my wife is hired by Hosp1. What the consul wants, is an Employment Letter made by Hosp1, stating that the hired my wife.
Problem:
My wife has already been dropped by Hosp1 sometime late last year for some reason. (they had a dispute with Agency A), thus they will no longer give us an Employment Letter. Wife already has another employer (Hosp2) courtesy of Agency A.
As much as possible, we dont want to start another petition, as it would mean probably another three years of waiting and additional Visa Processing cost, not to mention, her exams might expire.
What we want to know, is that:
Is there a way we could change Hosp1 to Hosp2 as the petitioner? using the same petition? the same case number? does AC21 covers this?
what's the best thing we do?
