My EAD is going to expire with 10 days, but I still haven't received my new EAD even I had sent my application two months ago. Can I work before I receive my new EAD ? Will it be a problem which affects my petition ? Thank you !
 
You should be ok to work until you get you new EAD. This should not affect your AOS application. My EAD expired one month before my AOS interview and I still got approve. Good Luck to you and Happy New Year!!

If it has been 90 days or more from your renewal EAD's RD, you can get an INFOPASS appt to your nearest DO and get an interim EAD. This way, you will not have a break in employemnt because of not having an EAD card.

If your EAD expired, your renewal EAD has not been approved and you still continue to work, you would be working illegaly and without USCIS authorization. This is the reason why USCIS asks to apply for renewal EAD 90 days before the current EAD expires, so if it is not approved in 90 days, you could continue to work using an interim EAD after 90 days of wait.
