Help!!!!!!

Hi
I recived a request for initiaL evidence notice requesting Medical exam and G325
and the note states clearly that if I had submitted this evidence at the time of filing my I485 I should write a statement expalining that
I did wrote a stmt sine I filed both with the initial I485
I don,t know if I did the right thing
can any one advise?

the timeline is posted underneath the msg
so u think i shoul still send the info regardless that i sent the stmt before and the status is showing that they have recieved my letter
should I wait till I hear again from them
