I have been living here in Utah since December 31st, and got married on Sept 2nd 2005 to a USA citizen, However i was just prosecuted in court for a Class B misdemeanor to which i was sentanced to 1 year Probation after i was adivised to plead no contest.
This is the only time i have ever been arrested for anything.
I am preparing my application as we speak, does anyone know HOW this will affect my application.
