Need some help.
Concurrent filing for I-140 and I-485 on February 7, 2004. My I-140 got approved in May 2005. Received a RFE in June 2005 and filed a response for that on July 20. Currently USCIS website processing dates for I-485 is showing as February 1, 2004. Does this mean that the I-485 application should get some consideration soon?
Also, I have a L-1A visa. Does the AC21 portability work the same way for the L-1A visas as in the case of H-1B visas?
Please help.
