I received an approval notice on my I-140 today.....
Weird thing is, I've had my work permit for 1.5 years now....
I should be waiting on my I-485, which my lawyer had filed concurrent then.
And I'm in this situation right now that my tax return for last year was
a lot less that what it's supposed to be.... ( $18k vs $38k )....
- I had to leave my employer and they agreed to continue to support me on
my application, so I've been "paying them to pay me", and I wasn't able
to afford the original salary.....
How likely am I to be approve for green card now???
What can I do to remedy this situation???
Can I file the original salary or more this year??
Am I able to dig myself out of this hole???
I'm so nervous right now..........
