Hi Folks

Can you help me with this...My I-140 is aqpproved and I havent filed my 485 yet(did not file concurrently).I belong to EB3 and India and my priority date is april 2002 which might be up in the next visa bulletin...
now my problem is ...there has been a problem at my work..i mean i m not sure if i'd be able to continue...here more than 2-3 months...what options do i have...coz acc. to my knowledge one atleast needs to work 6 months with the same employer to make use of AC21..Folks I am really worried..
Please help..what options do i have.

You would need to have filed I485 and wait for 6 months before you switch jobs using AC21. I140 approval does not mean anything, without I485 pending for 6 months.
