Hi Folks

Can you help me with this...My I-140 is aqpproved and I havent filed my 485 yet(did not file concurrently).I belong to EB3 and India and my priority date is april 2002 which might be up in the next visa bulletin...
now my problem is ...there has been a problem at my work..i mean i m not sure if i'd be able to continue...here more than 2-3 months...what options do i have...coz acc. to my knowledge one atleast needs to work 6 months with the same employer to make use of AC21..Folks I am really worried..
Please help..what options do i have.

if the date moves and your pd becomes current.. then make a request to the manager explaining the situation. I think they will definitely consider depending on your reputation.... there is nothing wrong in trying... it worked for one of my freinds last year when he was in the similar situation.

What is your PD? you said Apr 2002..

You can file your 485 if your PD is before 1st April 2002 and request with your HR folks for atlease 6 months and then you can use ac21...
