Hi,
I too am interested in finding out how I can track my Plastic card.
I finished my CP in Montreal and crossed over at Port Chanplain. I
received a letter saying that my card will be received within the next
3 weeks (which is good news), I called TSC and entered the SRC # (which
was listed on my letter), but it says can\'t find the record. From what
I had heard, for all CP cases, TSC processes the card, I am not sure
if something has changed recently.
Anyone with any additional info (like another # to call)? Of course,
it doesn\'t really matter that much since it is just a few weeks away,
but am just curious to find out how to actually followup on that.

Call TSC
Call TSC . Their phone number is (214) 381-1423. It is not easy to get through as you are going to hear busy tone. Once, when you get connected you will be on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes. Speak to the TSC official and give him/her your A# to find out about the status of plastic card. You will have to request him/her to issue you a receipt number which usually starts with SRC. With this SRC# you will be able to check the status of the plastic card after hours too by calling the above number. I hope it helps.

Is that the same with NSC too? and when they send the card will that information will put in the local INS office computer.
Since I am waiting for plastic from NSC for one year and local office don\'t have any information.
I tried NSC no: so many times never went through.

Everyone is posting that they couldn\'t get through, why can\'t you please let the other know what no. you guys calling? what ref. no. to punch-in to check the status?

when I asked the INS office at PoE, he indicated that you should contact your local INS office in your State for any questions about the Cards ... e.g. for NJ it\'s Newark INS office. Is that right??
