I'm a regular reader of this forum. I have a very complicated case. I went for special registration in april lasy year where i was issued NTA. I had a pending labor at that time. My labor got approved in june and i filed for I140 on june 12 2003. I went to the coart in september 2003 where i had a deportation issued. my lawyer filed for the appeal for the deportation.
My lawyer didnt file for I 485 since i had a NTA. my I140 is still pending and no answer. Is there any hope for me, its been 1 year since i filed for appeal and my case can come any time in the appeal coart.
