My aunt just got her greencard through relation. I would appreciate if someone can tell me the requirements for maintainin her greencard. Can she go to India after accepting the greencard? How long does she need stay before she can do that? Does she have to be phisycally present an x number of days in the US every year to maintain her GC? Any help is highly appreciated.

She has to live permanently in the United States if she wants to maintain her green card. She can visit other countries but only temporarily.
