Dear all,

Need help urgently!!

EAD expires 9/21/04, still not yet submit renewal, where should I submit to? :confused: :confused:

My case was transferred to MSC and transferred back to NY. Should I send the I-765 directly to VSC or MSC or NY?

If NY, can I go to Federal Plaza directly to submit the renewal of EAD?

Any advice is welcome.

No, u have to send it by mail and I think, if ur case has been tranferred to local office, it must be sent to that local office. But wait till others reply.
 
If you use online, your application will go to MSC. And you will have receipt same time. I think this is the safest way.

I don't know your case. (14) Could be H1-b, H-4, L..... Check your I-94.
