Help !!

My I 94 is going to expired on Jan 2002. How can I extend it without leaving the country ??? Can I just go to the local INS to extend it ?
Currently, I am applying I 485 and my H1B will be expired on October 2003.

hi crossfinger, i saw ur add on I-140. I have question for u

I saw that u called to IIO and then after one week u got approved. Is it true. Could u please make it clear to me. I am waiting for my approval from long time since 8/03.
