Currenly I am on L1 and is going to expire on middle of May . I already applied for extension will receive the receipt notice soon. I want to bring my sister on B1 at the earliest to take care of my 5months old son(i wont mention this in the invitation letter, in the letter i mention the purpose is tourist). My sister age is 40 and she is a housewife. Her husband works in Transport department. Two kids (boy studying UG and Girl at +12) and they have own house. Are these are good enough to prove that she will return to India to INS

Since the actual visa approval takes 3-4 months, I am planning to sponsor visitor visa with receipt notice. and I applied for extenstion . But it will take 3 to 4 months to receive the actual approval notice. I am planning to sponsor visitor visa with the receipt notice(which comes within 2 to 3 weeks of filing). Is it a good idea to do like this or will the visa get rejected because of this. Or will the visa get rejected because of her age.

If sponsoring visitor visa using recepit notice is not a good idea, is there any way to sponsor the visitor visa at the earlier.

Any information and help is highly appreciated
