Hi all,

I have received RFE on my I485 for :
1. verification of employment (letter)
2. paystubs 2 months
3. IT Federal Return for last year/W2 for last year /1099

I had changed job last year because my company was not able to get projects. My salary was 30% of the projected salary. Now i have moved to Texas and for last 6 months have been paid my regular salary.

Does any body have an experience with this situation, or any suggestions. I am very nervous about the W2 for last year. Can i be denied based on this W2.
Any help..

U've to answer that RFE if u need GC, u got no choice.

send EVL,2 recent paystubs and w2 as they have asked.
Sometimes they just check that u r still working.
also its a good time for u to use AC-21 if not used
earlier. Good Luck.

GC is for future employment. As you are getting same salary almost same mentioned on your LC for last 6 months, it's good sign. Don't be too worried about previous salary.
As you changed your employer, I believe you need to send AC21 alongwith your RFE response.
