I recently filed for my change of status from H4 to F1. I have sent all the documents last week on March 2nd 2010 to USCIS, California. But till I have not heard from them. I dint get the application's receipt number and I dont see the charges of $300 in my bank account. Have anybody of you underwent the same regarding the receipt number and charges. How long USCIS will take to give the receipt numbers?
My college is starting from APril 7th 2010. Please help.
