Help with terms - new guy

Can someone please explain/verify the following terms:
1) PCC - Police Clearance Certificate
2) AD -
3) PD - Priority Date
4) RD - Receipt Date
5) LUD -
6) F/P -

Also, from where do we need to get PCC when going for CP..India or US? I am in US.

If u are in us then u can get the PCC from the indian consulate. Also u have to get PCC from every country u have stayed for more than 6 months.

is it 6 month or 12 month

In my P4 recieved from new delhi, it is mentioned that if you have lived 12 or more than 12 months in foreign country then you need to get PCC for that country.

Where did you get 6 month? Please share the information source.
