My ND is 01/2005, and submitted Medical 02/2006.
Today I received a RFE letter from Texas Service Center, claiming that I have not done a TB test in the medical exam. The thing is, I am TB positive, so the doctor said it is unnecessary to conduct the TB test, and x-rayed my chest directly, and the result shows that I am in good health. Actually, my wife went the exact same process without TB test, and got her GC last year.
So what should I do to tell the officer that I do not need to conduct the TB test as long as I had the x-ray result? The RFE came with an officer number, do you know which number should I call to get to this officer? Or should I ask the doctor to send/fax a reply to that officer? (how do I get his fax number?)
Thanks.
