Help with renewal EAD / AP docs

First of, thanks for providing this forum and any answers to my questions below:

I had filed for marriage based AOS last year.. Still waiting for interview. Meanwhile, my EAD and Adv parole expire on July 22 05. I needed some help in completing the forms for re-newal of EAD and AP.

1. I am currently attending graduate school ( but am not on student visa beacuse of the pending AOS). In Form 1-765 what should be the the answer for "Current Immigration Status". I am putting -"Pending AOS (spouse of US Citizen)" Is that correct?

2. Similar question as above for the "Class of Admission" field on form I-131?

3. Are there any changes to the way photographs are taken? Someone told me that you require a full frontal picture, as opposed to the sideways that was earlier needed. Can someone please verify that?

4. For the renewal of EAD application, do I need to submit a copy of only the last EAD or all the EADs (i had received one as a student more than 6 years ago)

I would appreciate any answers to the above questions. Thanks a lot for the help and support.

... AOS is correct answer.

...This question relates to visa category you last entered in the US.

...Submit following docs for renewal of EAD:
1. Application form (I-765) for Employment Authorization
2. Application fees
3. 2 Photos with I-485 receipt number and A# written in back
4. Copy of all previously approved EAD
5. Copy of I-797 D (from last EAD)
6. Copy of I-485 Receipt Notice
7. Copy of I-94 (if exists)



I would appreciate any answers to the above questions. Thanks a lot for the help and support.
