Can anyone please help with preparing a petition to have the INS
change the Diversity Visa Application process to a more fair system or the old method or both.
Recently the government has adopted an electronic application method for applying for the Diversity Visa, which excludes many people who are qualified to enter but cannot because they do not have computers, internet service, money, digital camera, and or anyone they can access through.
This is so very unfair.
Indians in Fiji and in Trinidad are being excluded now because they all don't have internet service, computers, digital cameras, and so forth.
Of all the people these truly have no way for the Diversity Visa Application. The BCIS needs to stop their social engineering and willful digital divide. THis most Indians and minorities that are excluded. Most all Anglo based countries have access to computers and are not affected. The BCIS is willfully neglecting or denying minorities.
