Help with N400 application

Hi, I am applying for citizenship therefore need some help with listing the addresses for last five years in N400.
I missed filing AR11 on two occasions as I was not aware of it. But by the time I realized I already moved to new addresses.
I have few questions about which addresses I need to report in N400.

1.Do we have to list all the addresses for last 5 years in N400 irrespective of whether I have reported them to USCIS through AR11?

2.Also, the temporary addresses where I have resided earlier as I was working on a project in other state should also be listed or shall I ignore them? (I have worked in a other state as a consultant for almost a year but I used traveled to my permanent residence (another apt located in another state) while I was working on the project)).

3. In the last five years, I had travelled to India twice . So do I need to also included the address where I stayed in india for the trip?

Please advise me , I am confused about them.

1. I would say yes.

2. No. Use the address which is used for the correspendence and resdincy rule for Federal tax purposes.

3. General No unless you had prolonged overseas stay
