Help with IMM5001

Hi, I am filling IMM5001 (Humanitarian Case) for my mom. I was a little uncertain about section B when asking about family members in Canada. She has three adult children in Canada... so I almost filled in the adult children info. However, further reading of the guide seems like that is not true. Only dependent children(which my mom doesn't have) need to include in that section.

So please confirm my understanding about this... My intuition is that adult children are family members also...

Please advise.
