Help with I-864

I am filling a petition for my son who is currently in USA. I’m ready to send all forms I-130, I-485, I- I75 and I-864 but the form I-864 has a $88 fee charged by the Department of state because the form is reviewed domestically.

When do I have to pay this fee? I’m sending payments for the I-130 and I-485 forms but I do not know if I have to send the I-864 now or I have to wait for instructions to pay it.

If I need to pay now, do I need to pay to Department of state of USCiS???

There is no fee for I-864 if filed with I-485. The fee is only for filing with department of state for obtaining immigrant visa at a US consulate abroad.
Send I-864 along with I-485. Don't forget to I-693, medical examination report.
