I am about to send out my forms but have a question about the I-864. My spouse did not have any income for 2008 and hence no w2 or tax returns. I already have a joint sponsor who has attained the income level.
My concern is that do i just send the tax transcripts for 06&07 for my spouse since she has no 08 return?
Will that raise a red flag? Please any inputs would be appreciated.
