Help with form

I am filling out the OCI form for my wife and child (I am already an OIC and don't remember how I did it back then). The Part A that appears on screen only has fields for one person. When I clicked the SAVE button, it took me to a page that had my wife's info and Part B, but how do I put down my child's info?
 
When I do it on the MHA website (embassies might be different), right at the top of the form there is an option to do a selection for "individual" or "family group". If you choose family, it will show more fields to enter child information.
