Help with filing concurrent I130/131/485 - NYC

Hello,
My son (USC) got married in NYC to a foreign national who is on STEM OPT (Valid till Jan 2026. Did not get picked for H1 during this cycle). Both are working in a full time job in NYC. They are applying for the marriage based GC next week. Not sure of the service center. Possibly Vermont??
We have the religious wedding ceremony scheduled for 01/21/2026, for which my daughter in-law would need her travel document to travel with.
I would totally appreciate help with answering the below questions, please.

1)Is it risky to plan for the religious wedding for 01/21/2026 or will the travel document arrive by then.
2)Can we request for an expedited process? What is the process and when should we apply for it?
3)Should they file all, I130/131/485 concurrent?
4)I believe some documents can be filed online. Should the application be part online and part paper based? If so, which of the forms go online and which ones go paper based?

1. Hard to know exactly. USCIS website lists 8-11 months processing times (longer for those at Texas service center) for advance parole, but historical average for earlier part of fiscal year (to Feb 25) as 6.4 months. Even the latter would be dicey for January. https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/
2. Expediting is cod emergencies and on a case by case basis. https://www.uscis.gov/forms/filing-guidance/expedite-requests
3. Yes you can and should file 130 and 485 concurrently and file 131 as early as possible. As you cannot file 485 online it’s generally suggested to file both 130 and 485 together on paper. 131 cannot be filed online for AP (it can for some other purposes).
