Help with file

hi i just got married in India. i'm a us citizen and i just return to US. I need some info how can i file for my wife What form should i fill in order to get my wife here soon. and also how long will it take? I don't know if i should file I-190 or K3. if any one can give me some info i would really appreciate it.

Regardless whether you go the Immigrant Visa route or the K-3 Visa route, you will first need to file the I-130 petition. Once you have received the receipt notice, you then file the I-129F for a spouse which is the K-3 route. The K-3 route is generally faster but not always. Much also depends on what your priorities and circumstances are as to what route would be best for you. Things have changed from the way they used to be, in that, now when you have an approved I-129F, an I-130 will be retained by USCIS once approved and not automatically sent to National Visa Center in order for the chance to apply for the immigrant visa. The approved I-130 will then come into play with the adjustment of status process from the K-3, once your spouse is in the US. So choose wisely, based on your circumstances and what you and your wife both want.
