Hi,
Currently, the US embassy will not give me a visitors visa reason being I have too strong a tie to US ( lived there for 12 years studying and H1-B, brother and sister both live there) and I don't have strong ties to the country I am living in now (Canada).
My question is this: I am thinking of forming a small real estate investment business in the US with my father (who already has a similar business back home in Thailand). If I apply for E2 to be the owner running the business in the States, will my lack of strong ties to my home country (since I haven't really lived there for 15 years) be an issue?
Any advice appreciated,
